Kratom Vendor Guidelines for wholesale U.S.A. clients:
In order to help protect kratom’s legality we have deemed it necessary to stipulate the following requirements in order to qualify for an account capable of purchasing Kratom at wholesale prices for distribution within US borders. Should we find vendors breaking these guidelines we will ask their cooperation in changing their ways, and should this cooperation be denied we will simply remove them as an approved vendor.
- No marketing Kratom in an irresponsible manner. This includes the following.
- Marketing Kratom as an opium substitute.
- Marketing Kratom as a “get high” street drug type of herb.
- Marketing Kratom to minors.
- Marketing Kratom knowingly to unscrupulous vendors, parties, or individuals.
- Marketing Kratom in any other obvious irresponsible manner.
- All vendors should list on their websites and/or promotional material that Kratom should not be consumed while operating vehicles of any kind.
- Minimum order requirements will be met by all parties.
- All US vendors will submit a copy of there resellers permit, tax permit, or other type of business license.
